I’ll start off by saying: I am not qualified chef. Nor do I have any particular knowledge of Indian cooking. I make everything up on the spot. Ironically, I struggle to follow recipes. I tend to scan them, take inspiration, and then do my own thing. I never ever measure ingredients, which makes it quite difficult when I want to sit down and write down a recipe to share with you all. In June, we ventured to Berlin to celebrate Craig’s 26th birthday. We couldn’t have chosen a better destination for our first fully vegan trip away. After spending several weeks researching the German capital’s best vegan bars and restaurants, we knew we were in for a treat. Armed with a Google Doc listing all the places we were desperate to try, we headed to Berlin with open minds and empty bellies – excited to try everything the city had to offer!
